Not only have they effectively treated both my son and me, but they are fun and engaging.  The office runs on time, which is a big deal when a child is missing school for an appointment.  I also appreciate their use of technology.  I like being able to log into the portal and view treatment instructions and other personalized information.  I also like being able to confirm appointments via email. They have a program where patients can accumulate points by wearing their Spokane t-shirt to appointments, showing good report cards, having good dental check-ups, and playing games online through their portal.  It's a fun and well run operation!"
